How to stop receiving online orders?
During peak hours of business when there are a lot of orders, you can temporarily stop receiving online orders to alleviate the pressure on your staff.
To quickly set up stopping online orders on the POS terminal, follow these steps:
Long-press the order icon on the left-hand side navigation bar.
On the order settings page, locate the Online Order section and toggle the switch corresponding to LifeInTouch to stop receiving online orders.
In the popup window, set the duration for which the store will temporarily stop receiving online orders. You can choose from options like 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, or for the remaining time of the day.
After setting the duration for pausing order reception, click Confirm to save the changes.
During this period, customers will not be able to place orders online. Once the designated time for pausing order reception has passed, the system will automatically resume receiving online orders.
